Right?! Totally reminds me of my HS BF. My 14 yr old son has cologne and it's something different but totally reminds me of Drakkar Noir and only wears it if he is going someplace with the girl he likes. He has asked for a small bottle of something expensive for Christmas, I can't remember what it's called though. It all cracks me up.

Funny story, my son used a sample of an Hermes cologne (from Sephora or something) which is amazing and he used that sample for a full year. I bought him a small one when he went to college and I think he still uses that one as a junior.
Something to be said for small quantities so they are judicious with it!

Cremo makes shampoo and shower gels that smell really nice. You can find them at Target and Walmart. I love the Italian Bergamot shower gel.

My just turned 17 year old just asked for cologne - no idea what inspired it. There’s only so much he’d tell me anyway. He showers, wears clean clothes, and wears deodorant, really. I pointed him to the shelf of bottles his father never uses, but also bought him something from Nautica sight unseen (or smelled, I guess). It did turn out to be light and pleasant, so he’s going with that.

My kid uses Native shampoo/conditioner. They don't have a strong smell but he says they are more natural. (Have no idea if that's true.) He doesn't use it as a substitute for cologne though.
