This is what happens when people without morals and respect for the law have children. How's that "defund the police" going for you DC, Chicago, Philly, New York, LA, Seattle, oh the list goes on.

I think there's a lot of evidence to support your opinion.

This is not the criminal menace you think it is.

It’s organized theft rings. But bottom fishers are looting the toilet paper. Prosecutors need to charge everyone from the kingpins to the thuggish lowlifes under the RICO statue and put these rackets out of business.

But what if those found responsible are BIPOC?

Then send them to Lompoc.

How many people do you think want to work where organized theft is the norm? It is already difficult to staff stores. Who wants to I sure businesses that are being robbed on the regular? And insurance companies probably raise requirements for having methods to protect merchandise and buildings and people. Who wants to shop where gangs of people are running roughshod through the store, some possibly armed or customers/staff trying to be heroes? That is all part of the equation. It isnt just the cost of the toilet paper.

It really comes down to not making a profit due to theft. It is costly to truck merchandise in to each store. Diesel costs are high and you are paying a guy with a CDL license to truck in the merchandise. Then gangs steal the merchandise. This model is not sustainable unless those who steal are arrested and do some time.

Get tough on crime. This is not the retail store environment that we want.

Apparently its very easy to track these rings as some of their 're-sales' are online....
Open air, even easier.

No will?
