I have met some parents and saw their kids (both boys and girls) at some group sessions. Parents seemed friendly and their kids looked like decent players. Parents seemed happy with ROSA. I met one of their higher level coaches (maybe he was one of the directors, but cant recall), he seemed to know soccer, was personable, and seemed good with kids... obviously, this is not really enough info to make a decision, but at least it's some info to consider.

Heard the new boys director has his own thing too, would his teams not follow him when he leaves? Sounds like the same recipe to me.

Its not the fate of small clubs that the boys director/coach leaves the club and takes multiple teams with him to another club as part of a sweetheart deal with the new club

Oh wow. Now everything makes sense. Our team imploded and best kids left for ECNL/NAL/MLS NEXT tracks and my kid is left behind. Definitely going to work on my plan for next year!!!!!

We’ve played ROSA teams before. They’re good, usually EDP 1 or 2. But only a few kids on those teams would make an ECNL or MLSNext team.

We played them. Never seen them EDP 1 once!!! No way.

I hate to say it but this is true. But also, I don’t full accept the “this is travel soccer” answer. Unfortunately, it’s reality. But can not get past that many of the clubs who charge over $2800 and have the amount of people to handle admin can not anticipate that. These clubs need to hire risk management advisors or even general managers that are not former soccer players or coaches. These are businesses Except for the teams who have all volunteer staff, yes I do get it
