I have only encountered male Bryces in real life. There were one or two in my elementary school (grew up in VA), and would be early 30s now. I can’t think of anyone in my current orbit named Bryce.

Blair could work if you are looking for a similar vibe for a girl.

Sounds male.

I know a Bryce who is a man in his 50s.

I don't know a Bryce and I would assume boy but the only one I actually know of is the main character in a fairly popular book series and it is a woman. I would say these books have a better than nonzero chance of becoming a show or a movie and that could increase common use of the name.

Brett for a girl?? That’s a super masculine name.

I’ve taught three boy Bryces. Two were nice kids.

I would assume male. Don’t care for the name. Somehow feels simultaneously lax bro-ish but also lower class. Sorry.

I only know one (male) about 40 now, but was the most obnoxious, violent and pit of control kid in school. Do not have positive associations with the name.

I assume female. I think of Bryce Dallas Howard.

Bryce Canyon.

I have a friend who named her son Zion for the same reason: honoring a natural wonder.

To me, it's a boy's name and I hate it, but it's none of my business what anyone names their kids.

Assume boy. The only girl I can think of is Bryce Dallas Howard, but that's a "famous kid" name so kind of doesn't count?

I don't love it or hate it for a boy, it's just not my style. I don't really like it for a girl because it falls into the "finding out you're having a girl is fine as long as she's not *girly*" category of names, which I find cringe.

I would assume male. I have a cousin named Bryce, I think he’s mid 20s now.
