Crazy yoga on Amazon is a fantastic dupe for a Lululemon and Athleta leggings. They have ones that are more buttery, soft or ones that are more like compression.

But also, I am a former yoga teacher and have been wearing leggings since before kids with a 20 something body and middle-age now with the perimenopause body and I’ve never had the waist roll down. You must be wearing an incorrect size.


Not necessarily. I can't wear Athleta b/c they always roll down. I think my torso is too short for them. I don't have that problem in my Lululemons.


I’m short waisted and have this problem with Athleta, too. It doesn’t happen with other brands.

Yes, let's not follow the crowd no matter what they do, good, bad, or indifferent. Flex when your child refuses to follow the crowd in things like drinking and drugs. (Psst: brand of running tights falls under indifferent, so weird place to flex)

I am 54, 125, b chest and wear size 6 Tops. My daughter is 5’5, 110, a cup and wears size 2 or four tops.


Thank you! I think the 4s should work. I was worried because they were "slim fit."
