So you “saw” the tattoo on social media?
No. I literally took that picture back in 2016 and just uploaded it to Imgur to post here. That came from my iPhone's camera roll, which is geo-tagged at Camden Yards.
And thank you for uploading it! I'm a DC resident and I love the DC flag (no tattoo though) and generally think MD flag's a hot mess eyesore-- but I LOVE this tattoo! I love the creativity, originality and full on committment. chef's kiss!
