We recently became empty nesters and we’ve gone from once a week to 3-4 times. My husband jokes it’s the result of pent up demand and I think he’s right. Part of the fun is that sex is no longer limited to the MBR so it’s like our pre kid days.

NP who also has sex when the kids are at school. We both also work, but we make time for "dates"... honestly it's probably 30 minutes which still feels a lot more involved than a typical sleepy quickie, and it's extremely easy to find 30 minutes of free time in a WFH day.

Multiple "Multi-hour" day dates seems like a lot !


Pp here. I work in the ER, and DH works in the ICU. We both work, but not necessarily during the school day. Sometimes it lines up that we both have the day off. It’s not every day!

I honestly don’t know! Physically we are both in good shape which helps and the spark between us is definitely still there.

39 and 40, married with four kids 11 and under. Maybe once a week given how exhausted I am and I’m pretty sure it’s less than my parents who are in their early 70’s. Yes, TMI but it gives me hope!
