ISL will be interesting but SR probably still number 1 with the most depth. Visi and SSSAS will keep it close though.
Agree that SR is the favorite in the ISL, but don't sleep on Potomac. SSAS probably a year away. Visi has talent, but coaching?
Definitely SSAS or SR. SSAS a year away from what??? Saints have the most depth on their roster. Saints beat all 3 teams at some point last spring. The Saints roster is stacked with skilled sophomore Capital Blue players and will have a top 2024 UVA commit back playing that had been injured along with several Cap 2024/2025 D1 committed players. Goalie changes will help too. Let us not forget Saints has an amazing, experienced, HS coach plus 3 incredible assistant coaches. The future is very bright for SSAS.
