I do hope at some point information comes out on what happened. There were some shake ups in the Club with the best swimmers jumping to other Clubs.

Where there are kids, there will always be predators. Educate your children and make sure that they know to tell you, the parent, if they are victimized or even if they see something that makes them uncomfortable. We as a culture need to learn how to identify child sexual abuse, what it is, what it is not, and how to respond within our institutions.

Maybe they do know, and know there is no present danger so they are respecting the family’s privacy?
Again, if SafeSport suspended him, it’s serious. The team and anyone trying out should know how it was dealt with
It’s starting to seem like someone is trying to cover up whatever happened. If it wasn’t a big deal and there is no danger then just disclose what it was. This is beyond troubling.
It has been all strange. I find it shocking that no one knows what the violation might be, but it had to be something serious given the punishment and the code.
So he was trying to sleep with a swimmer? Did he do something sexual and inappropriate in the locker room?
