Patagonia long raincoat. I have it in light tan. I love the longer, tapered and angled sleeves which cover the backs of my hands, and also the double zip so I can undo the bottom some and move my legs around easier. Fully covered to the mid thigh (I’m tall)

I actually ordered one from Ukraine, and it's been fantastic! I got the red one. If you contact them on instagram, they will measure the actual garment for you to get the sizing right. Came in about 10 days. https://s-cape.com.ua/en/for-her/raincoats

I’ve been considering this one with Eddie Bauer

I have this and like it but it's not long enough per OP's requirements.

there's a longer version as well, blah colors though:

What happened to Joules? Nordstrom used to carry them but very little there now. The Joules website says they moved to Next but the Next website has no Joules raingear.

OP what did you get? I need a new raincoat as well (and boots) although we may be moving somewhere that more consistently gets cold rain, unlike the DC swamp. I'm tempted by the LL Bean version with the sip out insulation although their coats have historically not fit me quite right. May go to a store and try on.
