This literally is the definition of a mass shooting. It is four or more people being shot. Perhaps given these types are by far the most common mass shootings that don’t make national headlines ?
It is “literally” the made up “definition” in partisan statutes that have no relation to any conception of the word “mass” in any other context.

Its a root issue, the child who is not embraced by the village will burn it down to feel its warmth. We have a lot of people suffering from mental illness because of their impoverished childhood, lack of access to food and a parent/parents who did not receive wrap around services.
