Op: didn’t poo-poo, I just always have frozen sauce or passata in my pantry. It makes me think of my deceased Italian grandmother who made passata once a year in the garage with her sisters. Rao’s seems to be decent sauce, but there is generational guilt at work, here. Ramen is a good idea for kids, maybe with peanut butter and soy sauce….They love pho…I wonder if if I can get pho noodles at Hmart…
