Shout out here to 2 Amys, which has raised prices, pays their servers a wage (no idea what it is), and eliminated the tip line from their receipts. It's a little startling when you first see the prices on the menu, but it all evens out, and is much better for everyone (except the chronic undertippers, for whom there is a special place in hell).
