Except a full is much shorter than a twin XL. We are a very tall family, everyone uses XL twins until they move out on their own.
That’s fair, I guess I was thinking that no adult wants a twin. We always get beds that don’t have a bottom that extends up at the foot of the bed. No one in our family has complained about that.
I personally think it’s cozier with a more prominent piece at the bottom, but I’m sure not having it makes it easier to make the bed as well.
And the tall folks in my family are only 6-6’3”, so not outliers.
