Contrary to STA beliefs, there are lots if great athletes who also happen to be exceptional students in the classroom at other schools in the area.

Braddock had four commits, three of them D1
Robinson had four commits

It’s a great place for top rated freshman to come in and play right away vs having to ride the pine until your junior / senior year. Not to mention, having to worry about the coaching staff bringing in kids every summer through the transfer portal.
