I’m defining it as being far more significant than the “holiday” OP is complaining about. Like someone said, just take the month of September off and be done with it.

Are you dumb? That was a rhetorical question. Hearsay is only prohibited in a court of law or judicial proceeding, except for limited circumstances.

What is wrong with this principal ?? She is pressured to cancel BTSN on one Jewish holiday so she scheduled for another ?? Is she the new face of antisemitism in mcps or what? At this point her bigotry is blatant and no accident
Basically all of September is a Jewish holiday. Orthodox Jewish Schools have more than a week of no-school.
If you observe that much you aren't in MCPS.
The Friday night thing is still a pain, but at that level it's time for individual exemptions, because every night of the week is a problem for some people.

Not this year. There is no school on October 9th, which is Columbus/Indigenous Peoples Day.
