I don’t think you did anything wrong. I just completed 2 weeks of strict dieting (not keto) and it feels like 2 months. You’ve suffered and you feel like your reward should be 15 pounds lighter. Lower your expectations and think about the long haul. Slow and steady weight loss isn’t very exciting but it is probably the most sustainable. I am not going to weigh myself until I know there has been a sizable loss- I can’t take the up and down a pound fluctuations, they make me want to quit.
