I don’t think the weighted vest pulls your shoulders back at all. Mine sits closer to my traps.

And yes walking with a small amount of weight is good for you…not sure why PP thinks it’s bad for your knees?

Is this good for you? Or is this a fad? I’m not trying to be snarky. I have shoulder impingement so anything that gets my shoulders to pull back is good but I don’t want to do something that turns out to be harmful. I already walk to a mile to grocery store every day and carry a full mid-size backpack on the way home. (Combine exercise with errands and beats taking time on weekend.)

Maybe that’s enough but I’m desperate to do any activity that to help this blasted shoulder impingement and build overall strength and endurance.
