A bigger threat to our society than the fear mongering propagated by this false narrative is armed MAGA insurrectionists.

Instead of incarcerating young Black men we need to shift focus on prosecuting and long sentences for MAGA white supremacists.

How about we do both? I don't give a damn what someone's skin color or political affiliation is - if you commit violent crimes, if you use guns to commit crimes, you need to be off the streets, period.

Yeah, that’ll solve all of the problems related to gun violence

Ugh. Maybe you're trolling but you sound serious. If so, get a clue.

Afraid she is not trolling. She sounds exactly like NPR or a recent WaPo editorial.

Stop, you fckwad. Anyone who thinks we should look the other way on a violent armed robbery just because of the color of someone's skin is a complete moron and 90% of Americans would agree.

More like 50%.

Take a wild guess who doesn't want the police to put the smack down on bad guys.

No wild guess needed.

Elected democrats alone are responsible for keeping violent criminals on the streets, eliminating cash bail due to “equity,” and stopping the police from arresting criminals. Only democrat prosecutors refuse to prosecute criminals and drop nearly every case.

That's some weapons-grade distortion right there.
When did I as a DC resident ever get any direct say in who is a USAO? Never. Did I elect the USAO? No. When has a USAO ever been accountable to me as a DC resident? Never. That system is broken and it's not my fault as a voter.
