It’s a very small piece of land, house is probably going to be narrow but between site costs and the cost of the land, you’re in about $250K. That’s not bad for MoCo and the school system looks really good. Price is also cheap enough that owners can sit on it and build once rates normalize. If it’s a land loan, they have about 3 years before they need to build.
I wonder if it was an individual or a builder who bought it.
