People are saying that having an empty nest is not as bad as it seems. Not that they don’t like their kids! It’s a new stage of life and a chance to focus on themselves.

We are financially secure (not rich but comfortable) and can give the kids what they need and take care of the patents as well. I don’t need anything more right now but hopefully when they go to college I will have fun again!
