She is awesome, but too far left. The D establishment in the state will not back her.
They will say she has:
- blocked a gas stove ban
-blocked a bill to ensure medical care for babies born after a failed abortion
- blocked parental rights protection for their child's education
-supported a pathway to amnesty for illegal immigrants.
- voted in support of softening the punishment for homicide, robberies, and carjackings in DC.
She would be great, but it not electable.
This post is bananas. These were good votes and the bills she "blocked" were extreme right-wing nonsense.
1) No one was trying to ban gas stoves, and therefore there was no need for a law to prevent the banning of gas stoves.
2) "Failed abortions" are a made up, right-wing, propaganda issue.
3) Parental rights means right-wing parental rights based on misinformation and propaganda.
4) Good.
5) Weirdest claim ever since the Va legislature has no authority over punishments in DC.
The post is also bananas because Spanberger represents one of the most purple districts in the state. No far left candidate will ever win that district, it is about as moderate as it gets in VA.

was is the most centrist person ever.
Terry was *
He has no principles so in that sense was centrist, but was tacking left during the primary season to try and appease the left-wing crazies. In doing so he rendered himself unelectable in a state-wide election.

So you do not care about a candidate’s position on issues that are important to you, what you really care about is what color their skin is? This is not as progressive as you think it is lady.

Yeah, McAuliffe can say he’s running and Democrats would be stupid enough to nominate him.
They were stupid enough to nominate him in 2021 even though he was a washed-up, tone-deaf political hack who repeatedly stuck his foot in his mouth and handed the election to a political novice, but they won’t make that mistake again.
