they have evidence of something that happened we aren't aware of yet? what did he do that day?

Do you remember the big pow wow at the White House with members of Congress including the newly sworn in MTG? I think it was Ali Alexander who had to brag and post photos on social media. In light of what happened on January 5th and 6th, it sure looked like a conspiracy. Meadows was there so it has been explained to prosecutors.

That's the day after the election. Some conduct must have occurred that day which is part of the pattern of unlawful conduct underlying the RICO charge. Did the harassment of election workers start then?

He probably took a breath. That is all it takes for some of these nutjobs to find something wrong.

It’s hard to know whether Trump has lost his mind and doesn’t understand the gravity and import of threats like this OR whether he thinks that he’s immune to consequences.

It seems that three indictments and counting have not pierced his shell of obliviousness.

The guy is almost 80, and he’s been running frauds, scams and crimes for his entire adult life with almost no consequences. Is it really any wonder he thinks he’s immune to consequences?

Yup, Trump thinking he’s immune from consequences is one of his more logical thoughts at this point.

The Fulton County, Georgia, court's website briefly posted a document appearing to detail several criminal charges against Donald Trump this morning before taking the document down without explanation.

The document was dated Aug. 14 and named Trump, citing the case as "open."

Both. He believes that any violence on his behalf is just retribution, but that any legal or other consequence brought upon him is unfair.
Is it a mental illness? Probably. One that many dictators have. But not one that can legally trigger a diminished responsibility defense.

I mean, he told us himself. If you have the power, you can do anything. There are many men walking about today (and some women), sitting on HOA or PTA boards, heads of corporations or local/state governments, who think like this. This is why they seek power in the first place. Because then they have the pleasure of bending people to their will. The actual goals are less important to them than the biochemical satisfaction they get out of forcing people's hands.

Trump just says the quiet parts out loud.

He wants to be tossed into jail so he will be martyred by the cultists.
