Let me guess you think "lockdowns" have zero basis in actual science.

NEWS FLASH:
Science DEMANDS debate, ONGOING debate.
It’s almost embarrassing how many Democrats
here don’t know that.
Didn’t they learn any science in school?
Or were their teachers obsessed gender propaganda?
You're wrong. Bending over for teachers unions is "sound science".

Conservatism is ultimately simplistic slogans that aren't borne out by real world research (i.e. climate change is not human-caused, gun control doesn't work because only criminals will have guns etc.) There's no need for science to give "equal time" to such nonsense or to have affirmative action for conservatives.
Take Fauci for example. He's actually on the more conservative side when it comes to Covid, but conservatives insist he's a Covid-zero fanatic or implementing a "far-left" agenda.
Do you have a citation for your claims or did you just dream them up?
DP, but look at the voting patterns of people with college degrees over time - educated people are increasingly voting for Democrats, while Republicans are increasingly the party of the uneducated. It doesn't take a brain genius to connect the dots to the parties' respective policy positions.
Let's be accurate here.
College educated people are voting more for Democrats.
Non-college educated are more for Republicans.
These people are NOT uneducated. In fact, I would say that many of them are more educated than the typical college graduate. They just don't have degrees. A college degree does not automatically bestow "education." I have met many people with doctoral degrees that are dumber than a box of rocks.
As to why this is the case...... I would venture to say that the majority of college professors are liberal (a fact). When kids go through 12 years of K-12 schooling (and teachers are predominantly Democrats) and another 4+ years of college, it is unsurprising that they take on the views of those who teach them which are predominantly liberal.
Then, there are exceptions like me and my family. All college educated. All conservative.

The GOP gets what it gets when they pander to a whole bunch of evangelicals and people who "don't believe" in vaccines and science.
We discovered during Covid that liberals really aren't about science. So much of the crap that was pushed on the populace had zero basis in actual science.
Then, we can talk about gender ideology and the "science" behind that.
And, you claim that the GOP is not interested in science? LOL.
