Dear Lord, tell me you aren't a pedant like this in real life. If this happened to you, you wouldn't be happy either. Surely you wouldn't just sit there doing nothing? Concrete and pipes are not acceptable trash where we live. Next week the trash guys aren't going to accept it, and whoever owns the can is stuck with it. So best to approach the neighbors now, moron.
