All you need to do is stay away from red meat, processed meats, ultra processed foods, alcohol. Then make sure you eat a lots of fresh fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.

There are a lot of essential nutrients in red meat, good quality red meat. The rest I 100% agree with.

The higher your consumption of red meat, with higher your rates of stomach/GI cancers. “Quality” doesn’t matter.

Not the person you're responding to, but quality does matter. Read the studies. Yes, if you chose to have meat only do it small quantities and not often-use it more like a condiment, and make vegetables the star. That said, big difference between grass fed and the regular run of the mill red meat.

Big difference in what way? You are using terms like “better” “big difference” and “high quality” but haven’t said exactly how.

This, but type 4 bristow scale (look it up), good quantity poops at least 1x a day and easy clean up. If you have to wipe a ton, that is not ideal poop.

It is perfectly normal for some people to only poop every 3 days. 1-3 days is normal. If you're not uncomfortable and it doesn't hurt to poop, you don' t need to worry about only pooping every 3 days.
