How do you know those employees didn't have a few beers before their shift?
Most people who smoke can function at full capacity just like someone who has two beers can as well...hence the 0.08% limit
That doesn't matter, add drunks + pot heads = more overall. And no you can't function at full capacity even after 1 hit of weed, are you dumb stupid or dumb
lol you clearly have never smoked.
There are so many varieties of weed. One "hit" of "weed" is way less intoxicating than two beers. Most people drink two beers and are way below 0.08%

Ummm okay.
But we are talking about the full capacity of a pothead, so functioning potential is limited to begin with.
I'm a partner at a big law firm doing anti trust work and take a gummy most nights once my kids go to sleep. I would say I am pretty functional but it relaxes me after a long day..no different than a glass of bourbon.

Banning cannabis is against the MD constitution so try banning alcohol first![]()
Complain to the cops that they are lazy sure but cannabis is legal for good. Each passing year further cements that and we laugh at the loser prohibitionists

From someone where who believe weed should be 100% legal all the way through federal, but I don't think it should be legal to get high and drive

OK, it's not legal. The whole premise of the thread is that is should be illegal, and it is illegal.
Here's MD's stance https://mmcc.maryland.gov/Documents/2022_PDF_Files/CDAT/Cannabis%20and%20Driving%20Don%27t%20Mix.pdf and DC's https://oag.dc.gov/public-safety/driving-under-influence/marijuana-and-impaired-driving
