Some ideas from my Jewish, Hungarian Bubbie:
Two cups cottage cheese, 1/4 cup sour cream, sliced radishes, dill, chunks of cucumber, salt. Surprisingly good!
Sweet Vidalia onion cut in half, then separated into scoop shapes, and you use the “scoops,” filling each one with half tabbouleh, half hummus. So good.
Cold borscht with sour cream.

Celery and peanut butter
Celery and cottage cheese
Tomato, mozzarella, basil salad
Doritos
