I have little kids. It's often more enjoyable to get takeout then to go out to eat with them. For tacos, they travel best when the meat is packaged separately from the tortillas and sides. Same with bbq. I feel like it's better to order meat by the pound/sides by the qt than risk your bbq plate getting all mixed up en route. It's easier to heat up that way too.

I live 10 minutes from a Taco Bamba location and we get takeout there often. They do not deteriorate en route.
Also get Indian, Thai, sushi, Peruvian chicken from places close by.

I've discovered that reheating fries in the air fryer works pretty darn well! Nachos not so much.
