You might be thinking of Petite Sophisticate, but they're long gone. Like PPs said, other than Ann Taylor/Loft, you pretty much have to shop online.

My very favorite is the Wilfred - ALANYA. I also have the Wilfred - Effortless. I like the Alanya better than Effortless because while it's still a wide leg trouser, it's less wide and slouchy (and a little less long) than the Effortless. The Effortless also has pleating, and the Alanya does not (which I prefer). Only thing I'd change about the Alanya is that it does not have belt loops (Effortless does). I really like both of them, but Alanya is again my favorite. The perfect trouser to wear with a slim fitted top.
