NP. I'm going to go with yes, retribution. On his girlfriend (or baby mama's) FB page, there's multiple photos of the victim (from Monday) with some guys at the Adkins housing project.

It happened around the corner, literally in front of Lost Dog Cafe. Person was shot several times, there were multiple witnesses, in a VERY busy area. Several shooters, masked. This is basically the same area. And at like 2pm on a Saturday. I can’t understand why people try to dismiss this kind of stuff. So just stop.

BUT we can get more technical, because last weekend 2 juveniles were arrested for robbing someone at gunpoint on that pathway between the Braddock Road metro and King Street metro. I had heard they were 14 yrs old. One was arrested at West and Wythe (is that close enough for Andrew Ankins for you?) and the other off of Cook Street near OTSFD.

Disagree. Developers are going to start pulling out once they see how many people are leaving the city. They are losing a ton of people. Look it up. Developers will start pulling out.
I know of at least 3 massive plans that have been scrapped and not on Alexandria's end!

This shooting happened very close to the mayors house maybe now, finally, he will pay more attention to the HUGE INCREASE in crime in the city and actually do something about it now.

Why not try taking away any welfare/ebt money if you have more than one child. One can be an accident, two, not. Until responsibility for personal actions is implemented in these communities things will never change. One child, an involved parent/s hopefully fully responsible for that child, and a job. Once you show you are responsible and take care of your child, feel free to have another. Cut back on the benefits and stop encouraging children for single parents who cannot support them emotionally or afford them.
I am in some ebt related groups on fb and it’s quite common to have another child once the oldest reaches 18 and can’t be on the parent’s snap case
