Not a real estate agent. Would I prefer a different real estate sales model? Yes. But I'm an experienced lawyer and I can tell you that these lawsuits have minimal chance of having the impact you all think it will. Also, it's pretty shitty that every time someone disagrees with you that you default to a weak ass ad hominem attack.
