It’ll be hard to determine which is which, though. Most teachers are going to try very hard to remain professional.
Look for teacher turnover. I left a toxic administration a couple of years ago. Almost 25% of the school left that year.

I dont know about that. Clearly it's been a minute since you worked for MCPS. No more yellow forms.

It's condescending and only focused on test scores not actual kids. The admin rules by intimidation. Also, you have to go to a certain number of events to get a decent professionalism score on your evaluation.
If you are talking about attending a school play or something where supporting the students would come into play, maybe. But the students wouldn’t care if there was a teacher there to watch them watch a movie.
