No one is mad at them for running. It’s the misinformation they spout here that’s the problem.

Why? Do you feel awful?

I still feel completely fine after running yesterday.

Does this make you feel more manly?

Goodness... Are you and your DH seriously this stupid? Match made in heaven

NP.

You sound like you're in poor health. That must suck. Every day this week has had times that are perfectly fine to go outside/exercise outside for healthy/non-vulnerable people.

You sound like a moron.

I run on my treadmill. I used to run in Iraq and there was always smoke from the trash pits, which they burned. Years later we found out that there are a lot of health issues that may arise. Now I take things like air quality more seriously, since I know the damage it can create.

I stayed inside Wednesday and Thursday but ran after a light rain today and felt fine. Air was in yellow zone. I think it's getting better.

Odd flex running outside Wednesday and Thursday. Why not go do some strength training or run inside if you could instead? I like to be outside as much as anybody, but anybody that is serious about any of this is careful when the air quality is about 100.

Red and Maroon are not ok for anyone.

Purple, yes. But red cautions for people in vulnerable and sensitive health groups. Not regular healthy people with no compromising health issues.

Waiting until tomorrow. Considering the past few days extra bonus rest days, which I can always use.
