Howard County has always been the the richest county. It has NOTHING to do with MoCo declining because of socialist policies. Give me a break. It's because MoCo has always had vast wealth, but lots of poverty. HoCo doesn't. They don't have vast wealth, but they don't have large swaths of poverty either. They don't have the poverty to weigh it down.

FYI - I'm from Ellicott City. The taxes are very high there.

Yeah, you’re wrong about the eastern shore. I’m in Queens Anne County. There is a ton of money out here, you have to get off of 50 to know about it.
