Then, hop the train to Paris and pick up finishing pieces at Hermes (belts, scarves, sandals) and at Chanel (purses, sun glasses, wallets). Stay at Hotel de Crillon.
Now that's a great trip. I've found some of my favorite clothes at Matches (but haven't done the private shopping experience.)

I think you're living in it.
Stay in the US. I'm German (5'8", slim but with a big bust). Lived in Japan for several years, and they would routinely tell me as soon as I walked in that they didn't have any large sizes. Just about gave me a complex. In the US I wear a 4.
