Homemade meatballs are not lazy. I'd call her smart, industrious and a great planner if she has her homemade meatballs as a back up plan for nights like this.

Anonymous wrote:Tonight, turkey meatloaf with glaze, roaster mixed vegetables and stuffed jalapeños, with a side of Ceasar salad (my Ceasar dressing is to die for) also, tonight a strawberry cobbler from the fresh basket of berries our DD brought home on her drive from college. Celebratory desert for her, we don't usually have desert. DH cooked last evening, roasted garlic chicken, fingerling potatoes, pear and endive salad and green beans. We both love cooking and family dinners so no fight in this house.
