I saw someone get fired last week for bringing her toxicity to the building day after day. Everyone started to complain that her negativity was killing their morale. She was given a warning but didn’t turn it around. Be careful. There’s a difference between being unfriendly and being unprofessional. Gossiping about people, losing productivity to tear your coworkers apart, never politely saying hello to people in the halls can get you sacked.

Others are over the top chatty. Sometimes I have trouble getting them to leave me alone. It's like that's their only human interaction during the week or something.
I fall somewhere in the middle. It's nice to catch up with ppl I haven't seen in a while, but then I also have to get sh$t done.
+1. I have one co-worker who is so needy and chatty that she doesn’t even stop when I turn back to my computer and start typing. I have to get up, say, “I need to work now, Linda,” and back her out of the doorway so I can close the door. I honestly think she probably stands there for a few minutes, trying to talk to the damn door. Get a clue, people.

You can't be mature enough to abide by office policy to RTO, then move along. Everyone is replaceable. You and your attitude won't be missed nor will it leave a good taste.
