I'm ready to try this. I had a horrible cut and an ok color to cover gray 5 months ago and tried a new salon/stylist who has more experience. She and I disagreed over the color to cover my gray. I made it clear I wanted a lighter color than what she chose. She brought out the color board and showed me a color she said she'd use then lied to me and used a much darker color. She did not pull it thru my hair well. I paid approx 310 once the tips were included. It included a hair trim. Her scam is that she put in a darker color and the fix is that I come back in a week so she can put highlights and lowlights in. I don't want highlights. It will cost probably $150 or more. This will all cost me approx $500 for what should have been $250. No, I won't go back to her.
