No need to be a dick.
If honesty make me a d*ck then so be it. Better than leading OP to believe there is anything she can do in 6 weeks to tone her legs or being like people on-line who sell BS programs. Should I tell her to do some crazy diet or exercise program that won't really do anything in 6 weeks?
People who have toned legs either A. have great genetics or B. have spent yearS working on them. You can not gain muscle and "tone" anything in 6 weeks. best bet would be to go on a strict diet to lose weight, but where the fat comes off isn't guaranteed could end up with the same legs but small boobs. Most "toning" is really just low enough body fat to see muscle you already have.
Bullsh$t. You absolutely can make significant changes in your body in 6 weeks. 100%. You are a dick for bringing up boobs every time.
PP is actually absolutely right. I have been lifting for years, I can squat 225 and deadlift 300, while wearing a size 2 but my legs still do not look very toned simply because that is where I hold all my fat. Yes, you can change some in 6 weeks, but most of that visual change would have to come from fat loss. Noone builds visible leg muscle in 6 weeks.

Anonymous wrote:I am the PP who said running on page 1. You can ABSOLUTELY change your legs in 6 weeks, but it takes a lot of work.
I was being lazy when I said lean - what I meant, as PPs helpfully explained, is that hard cardio and calorie counting can help trim the fat hiding your muscle. I would add serious running, stairs, and hill walking to your routine + some high quality yoga or Pilates.

I’ve been doing a pretty solid leg workout rotation 3 days a week for about a month now. I’ve increased my weight on the equipment and noticed a slight difference in the way clothes fit, even lost 6lb, but somehow my thighs look more dimply than before? What is going on!
I have a Caribbean vacation in six weeks and I really want to tone up my thighs particularly before then. I just don’t understand how I have been working my a$$ off (literally) for a month and things are looking more flabby than ever. Help me tone up in these next 6 weeks. Thanks!
Nothing is changing in 6 weeks, hun.
I was called a dick when I said that🤣 glad I’m not alone

Yea you can. I did it to my entire body. A massive transformation in 6 weeks to get ready for a photo shoot (I’m a “mature” model) I was already thin, but looked flabby. I probably would have been kicked off set has I arrived in the condition that I was in when they booked me.
And you know what I used as my guide? Tiktok. Yes tiktok routines.
DP: Can you share with TT accounts you follow for routines? I'm in a gym rut and want to bump up my routine. Thanks!
Lately I’m following katb_fit on IG. Great 20min routines.
