Don't see what? Most conservatives don't care about adult trans people. They don't want it to be legal for kids to have surgeries and don't want children to be socially transitioned by their teachers without parental consent. No one gives a crap if Trump danced with a drag queen. Who hasn't?

Let's be honest though. As despicable as Trump may be, even reasonable people could look at what is transpiring in New York's courts as a farce.
In what way? He had a jury of his peers. He had expensive lawyers. He was able to put this off for years. It’s not like someone ran a full page ad calling for the death penalty based on false accusations, although that is something he once did.
