Growing up I was the only jewish person in my school. I heard ALL the jokes and laughed along because that's what everyone else did.

I hate myself for it.

Honestly, in this day and age anyone who is making these types of joke outloud is probably doing way worse in real life.

Kids say things as a joke so they don’t have to own it. Ask them to explain the joke, in a calm tone. Then wait. Or repeat it back in a straight way. “You’re saying I should pick up that penny because I’m Jewish?” They also should privately ask their friends to say “dude, that’s not funny.” Odds are the other kids don’t like it. No one for the most part thinks it’s ok but kids are afraid to speak up.
