If you have four hours to kill, and you want Italian food, Little Italy is about six blocks east of the harbor. Have dinner at a place there (I like La Tavola) and then go to Vaccaro’a for dessert.

For great food that’s a different variety, Helmand which is Afghani north on Charles Street. Or Cypriana (middle Eastern/Cyprus) is great up near the Hopkins undergraduate campus.

Agreed with Italian food. Cinghiale is good. Also Loch Bar in the Four Seasons for seafood.

Helmand is fine but not earth shattering.

Don’t loiter outside but you don’t need to wear armor - it will be fine.

Not np. There is crime all over downtown Baltimore, don't know where you've been, but it's staring you right in the face. Getting to the courthouse in broad daylight for jury duty was especially fun. Can't wait to do that again!

I didn’t know that about the Helmand. My picky eater loved the food there.
