Keri Russel, Matthew Rhys and her kids/they’re kid are photographed all over Nyc- errands, biking, etc
Michael Cera lives in NYC with his wife & kid. There are only 2-3 pics total of him & her. Her last name has never been published.
Alexis Bledel lived in Westchester County & no paparazzi pics whatsoever. She has a son who would be around 8 yrs old now & there isn’t a single picture of him on the internet.
Emmy Rossum is in NYC too & no pap pics although she posts a lot herself
Naomi Watts was photographed a lot. I think they like Katie because she's single and they like to speculate on her dating life. Other celebs were photographed a lot in NYC when they were going thru divorce or other issues---EmRat, Olivia Wilde, etc.
Blake is photographed constantly but she also is for fashion, much like Katie. It sells magazines.
Bradley Cooper is photographed a ton in NYC doing everyday things.
