I mean... a lot of women are working on it, but this is a very typical consequence of giving birth. I'm to the point where it doesn't happen to me anymore, but the year or so after I gave birth, it happened all the time and I often wore liners just to prevent anything embarrassing. It's super common.
I was able to repair my pelvic floor on my own via exercise, but I used to be a physical trainer and had a very strong core prior to having a baby, plus knew how to approach it. Most women would nee to see a PT for this and insurance is terrible about providing coverage for it (in other countries, all women are entitled to work with a PT for this kind of repair work and it's free).
If this has never happened to you, you either have never given birth or got very lucky. I feel lucky because it was short-lived for me. Most women I know still have this issue a decade or more after having their last baby.
