I am bloated from my bra strap down and look about 10 lbs heavier. Can anyone else identify with this? Is this just an old person thing, or a menopausal woman thing? Is it dietary? Is it something that can be remedied? Thanks!

My diet varies from salad, oatmeal, quinoa, salmon and veg, sometimes a bagel or toast. It doesn’t seem to change the afternoon bloat.
I guess I can try an elimination diet. And avoid full length mirrors 😉
