My DH and I have staggered schedules. He works 530-230. I work 915-545. I do mornings, he does afternoons. We both WFH. My kid says goodbye to his Dad before leaving for preschool and says hi when he comes home. My job does not have a lot of calls but my DH is constantly on the phone with coworkers. He is not responsible for our son while working but he does exist. We have childcare and another adult present while each other is working MYOB.
