Ok, so this took me a second as well. The only scenario is that they have the same dad not the same mom.

So, McConaughey's mom had sex with the hitman, but she raised the child with McConaughey's dad.

Hitman then had sex with Harrelson's mom, and she had Woody.

Poof! Two kids, same dad.


Uhh Harrelson is much older than McConaughey

No. Matthew’s mom banged woody’s dad (the hit man), and it didn’t result in a baby or pregnancy. Woody’s biological parents are really his parents. It was just a coincidence that their parents had sex.
