OP,
At age 44 I gained 20 pounds in one year out of nowhere. Mind you I am a lifelong athlete. I am 5-2 in height. I went from 104 to 124. A friend I had not seen in a year expressed deep concern.

No matter how much I exercised i could not lose it. I had to make major changes in my diet. It is a struggle. I can only keep to 119 now at age 60. My bloodwork is normal. WTF.

I empathize.

Can you answer my question? What happens if you are over your weight limit? Do they restrict you? Punish you? What?

The answer is on the first page. Why are you demanding answers anyways.
