Not only do I gnaw on chicken bones and wings and ribs, I gnaw on Maryland blue crab and lobster! And eat fish with bones! And rib eye is my favorite steak.
I am below 120 lbs at 52, no cholesterol or diabetes and eat a lot.

You know, it's not an either or deal. I can like other parts of the chicken that's fried while enjoying wings that are also fried. I enjoy chicken karaage as much as wings.

I’m not sure whether I should suggest you have a beer along with those wings, or just unclench.

Either one would appear to be beneficial.
